Our story
Customs Agency TERMINUS was established in 2002 as a small three-person company based at the road border crossing with the Republic of Belarus in Bobrowniki, located in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. From the very beginning, it focused on providing comprehensive customs services to businesses and individuals.
The name itself originates from Roman mythology, where Terminus is depicted as the god of state borders. In honor of Terminus, a festival called Terminalia was celebrated on February 23, and every year on this day, we strive to remember this story. In colloquial Latin, the word “Terminus” referred to a boundary marker, which is reflected in our logo.
Later in 2002, we opened a second branch in Białystok, where our headquarters were relocated and remain to this day. The initial uncertainty and concern about the future of the entire venture and the people involved gradually gave way to the conviction that our work has meaning and that the market requires a patient, individualized approach to the rapidly changing reality.
The dynamic changes experienced by the customs and forwarding services sector in recent years, including the milestone of our country’s accession to the European Union, have presented us with new challenges every day and allowed us to set new goals. Over the course of these years, thanks to hard work, openness, forward-looking vision, the dedication of our staff, and continuous self-improvement, we have built a significant entity in the customs and forwarding services market.

In our customs agency branches in Białystok, Biała Podlaska, Bobrowniki, Kuźnica, Jarosław, and Warsaw (Błonie), we provide comprehensive services for all customs procedures, including simplified ones.
We offer our clients expert consulting, customs and tax representation, and, if necessary, represent them in appeals proceedings.
Moreover, we handle road, rail, sea, and air freight forwarding. Thanks to a network of trusted partners, we can deliver shipments to any specified location, while ensuring low costs and a high standard of service. Our offer also includes logistics services, warehousing, packaging, and consolidating goods into group shipments.
We do not forget about the company’s image. We systematically participate in industry fairs, both domestically and abroad, continuously improving existing solutions and introducing new ones to meet modern demands. As part of our commitment to transparency and integrity, we closely cooperate with customs authorities. This led to us being awarded the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate by the Customs Chamber in Białystok in 2010, confirming the high quality of our services.
