Please send the original completed authorization along with proof of transfer (to the account of the City of Poznań for the amount of 17 PLN) to the address of the Customs Agency. Upon receiving the original authorization, we will begin the necessary procedures to represent your company before the customs authorities.

The authorization should be clearly signed by a person authorized to represent the company according to the attached founding documents — otherwise, it will not be accepted.

For your convenience, you can generate the authorization online. Simply fill out a few fields in the form, and the ready document will be generated online and delivered along with a short instruction to the indicated email address.
